PROCESS OF CARGO MOVEMENT:

• When your order is ready for dispatch our Chinese team will either pick up your goods or will get it delivered to our warehouse in China.

• From there, the goods will be booked to India by your preferred mode of shipping (i.e.) air or sea cargo.

• Once the goods arrive in India, our regional experts will handle the customs clearance process by filing the necessary paperwork, including the "invoice, packing list, and bill of lading or air waybill," also paying the customs duty, and clearing the goods from airport storage.

• After the completion of Customs clearance, the goods will be dispatched to our warehouse in Chennai, where the goods will get weighed and then sent out for delivery.
